Isringhausen Mercedes-Benz

My husband took our 2023 Mercedes GLC 300 in for some warranty work and asked if they could install an illuminated star while it was there. At first they said they could not do it after entering my VIN number into the system, but then after looking again, they apologized and said it could be done. Jason was very knowledgeable about the star install. It was installed and the wiring looks neat and professional. Greg and Jason were both very nice and great to deal with. We live in Champaign but find it worth the drive for the great service at Isringhausen.

We can’t say enough great things about our experience at the service department. We were traveling across the country and had a fuel injector fail. They were able to diagnosis the problem, order the part and fix our Sprinter Van within 24 hours. Big shout out to Carl and Jason for all their help!! We highly recommend their service department!!!

To say the least, I own an old Mercedes that’s given me hell from day 1. Took it to these guys earlier this month & I’m back on the road. Honestly, I couldn’t even afford to pay the whole bill but these guys made arrangements/ gave me the time to come up with the money - without any haste. Greg trulyyy handled everything like a G. Lovely human, kind soul ❤️ 5 star service!

I worked with Greg and he was outstanding. Patient, respectful, and kind. I also would like to the thank the shuttle drivers who were efficient and professional.

My sales experience with Isringhausen was very smooth. I live 700 miles away, everything was done remotely including a trade-in. My salesman Brian Mitchell was very responsive to any questions I had, and we reached a fair deal quickly. Isringhausen handled the transportation of both my trade and delivery of the new car with an excellent transporter. I would highly recommend Isringhausen and Brian for your next purchase.
